11. Email Newsletter Tracking
The Mindanao Peacebuilding Institute Foundation, Inc. distributes an occasional newsletter for which individuals can subscribe on our website. These newsletters contain a tracking code that enables MPI to determine statistics on how many subscribers opened the email, clicked on links, etc. No personal information is collected in this process. It is used solely for the purpose of statistical analysis.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
