This is the online version of the MPI 2026 Application Form. You may also apply using a fillable PDF and submit it online here.

To ensure a smooth and complete submission, please review the instructions before you begin:

  • Fill out/check all appropriate boxes with accurate information. Items marked with (*) are required.
  • Use the date format dd-MMM-yyyy (e.g., 01-JAN-2025).
  • Prepare the following required documents to be submitted in this form:
    • Curriculum Vitae/Résumé
    • Letter of Recommendation
    • Passport ID page (for international participants)
    • Philippine Visa page (for those living/working in the Philippines)
  • Prepare a Statement of Experience and a Statement of Intent, each up to 600 words. To avoid losing your work, we recommend writing these first in a separate program such as Microsoft Word or Notepad, and then copying them into the form.

6. Course Selections

Please rank your course preference by marking 1 for your top choice, 2 for your second, and so on. Only select courses for the week(s) you plan to attend.

  • You may attend only one course per week.
  • Course acceptance is first-come, first-served, and you may not get your top choice.

Please make sure you have completed any required foundational courses, as some courses have prerequisites. If you have no prior training in peacebuilding, we strongly recommend taking a foundation course (Week 1) to build a solid grounding in peace and conflict transformation.

The letter should include how long they have known you; in what capacity they have observed your work; what your work entailed; your facility in the English language; and in what ways they think this training will be helpful to you.
