Peer Mediation Manual: A guide for trainers and teachers to build peer mediation skills with a five day curriculum

This manual has a focus on activities to help the participants experience Nonviolent Communication through peer mediation without a need for an extensive background in peace and conflict studies. It aims to allow participants to learn about conflict hands-on and, through experience, see that this can be used in real-life situations. A particular emphasis has been put on interaction and communication within groups. Participants will work together to simulate peer mediation scenarios drawing from imagined and real-life experiences.
