Threads that Bind: Weaving a Tapestry of Shared Realities, The

The Convenio was a four-year development program carried out by the BCDI (Bicol Consortium for Development Initiatives) and ZABIDA (Zamboanga-Basilan Integrated Development Alliance) Filipino consortiums and funded by the AECID (Spanish Agency for Cooperation and International Development) and the Spanish NGO, Manos Unidas. The program focused on improving the quality of life of the most vulnerable communities in six provinces in the Bicol region and one province in Mindanao through intervention in various strategic sectors.
