Civilian Policy Agenda: Towards a More Inclusive and Moral Governance Policy Framework in the Bangsamoro

This is a product of a 2-year consensus-building process of civil society and grassroots actors after the passage of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL). This civil society agenda puts forward sixteen (16) major policy action proposals for the BTA, the National Government, and other BARMM actors to consider in sustaining the peace gains and supporting an inclusive and moral governance policy framework in the Bangsamoro.
